1. About these terms

These terms govern your access to Bonus Vault, operated by the Bonus Vault administrator. By registering for or using an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy and Points & Rewards Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You must provide an email address you control, keep your password confidential, and provide accurate information. One person should not create multiple accounts to repeat offers or evade redemption limits. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.

3. Earning points

Points are credited through valid claim links and eligible referral signups. Claims are subject to the eligibility and redemption rules applied to each campaign. Referral credit is not payable for self-referrals, duplicate or controlled accounts, automated registrations, or other manipulation.

Fraud, false registrations, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, cancelled qualifying purchases, or attempts to manipulate balances may result in review holds, point corrections, and every linked account being suspended, banned, or deleted.

4. Rewards

Rewards, descriptions, point costs, images, availability, and claim instructions may change. A reward is claimed at the point value shown when the claim is completed. Claim instructions are displayed after redemption and should be saved by the member. Removing a reward does not remove historical claim records.

5. External and affiliate links

Some earning opportunities lead to third-party newsletter, merchant, or affiliate pages. Purchase links may generate a commission for the Bonus Vault administrator without increasing the price you pay. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices; Bonus Vault does not control their websites, availability, fulfilment, or representations.

6. Account administration

The administrator may correct errors, make documented balance adjustments, suspend access while investigating misuse, or anonymise and delete an account. Historical transaction and claim records may be retained where reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, backup integrity, or record keeping.

7. Availability and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Reasonable steps are taken to protect and back up data, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when the service or its offers change. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
